Any Jewish Lawyers Out There Who Want to Defend Israel?

Two Israeli citizens who promote BDS abroad are subject to a new law that makes it possible to sue them for any damages that result from their actions.

In about one month the International Solidarity Movement will hold a national conference in St. Louis, Missouri, at a Jesuit college no less, where they will train college radicals from all over the US on how to bring down the Jewish national homeland.

While these events usually masquerade themselves as academic discussions on the Middle East, they are, in fact, proving grounds for attacking the Jewish people through attacks on Israel. Well-paid Jewish quislings are always put in front as leaders who claim they prove the efforts to dismantle Israel have nothing to do with anti-Semitism, and lying, lying, lying is the order of the day for them.

The ISM renamed itself the US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation, but make no mistake about it; it is still the ISM and boasts hundreds of affiliates some of whom call themselves ISM among other titles. All want the end of Israel, not “peace” or “human rights.”

Huwaida Arraf, a co-founder of the ISM and the Flotillas put together the US campaign. Right now, they have a pretty “Jewish” gal named Anna Baltzer who says she is a Fulbright Scholar and that she went on a birthright trip, but had an epiphany to help Hamas as a means of showing her humanitarianism. In fact, she lies about everything, even Arab babies dying routinely at Israeli checkpoints

She sat next to Mustapha Barghouti, another Hamas supporter, on the Jon Stewart Show as the token Jew who would prove the Arabs have nothing against Jews, but that Israel must be dismantled for an Arab-Muslim dominated state. When Stewart asked her if Israel had a right to exist as a Jewish state, she would not answer. Why mess up a well-paying gig ? Anna just sent out this email:

11th Annual National Organizers' Conference September 21-23 at St. Louis University!
Our conference is an opportunity for our member groups and activists from across the country to come together and strengthen our efforts to end U.S. support for Israeli occupation and apartheid policies toward Palestinians. With nearly 380 member groups now a part of the coalition, this year's conference will be a great opportunity for strategizing, networking and sharing our achievements and struggles.

We will start the conference at 7:00pm on Friday, September 21 with a panel discussion on the Arab uprisings and their impact on organizing to change U.S. policy toward Palestine/Israel.
Speakers and presenters include:
  • Dalit Baum, Co-founder of Who Profits from the Occupation
  • Hatem Bazian, Chairman of American Muslims for Palestine
  • Phyllis Bennis, Director of the New Internationalism Project at the Institute for Policy Studies
  • Remi Kanazi, Author of Poetic Injustice: Writings on Resistance
  • Sydney Levy is Director of Advocacy at Jewish Voice for Peace
  • Linda Sarsour, National Advocacy Director for the National Network for Arab American Communities.
The weekend's program will include panels and workshops discussing:
  • Engaging Faith Communities
  • BDS Training
  • Campus Activism
  • Academic and Cultural Boycott
  • Organizing and Coalition Building.

Dalit Baum, an Israeli math professor from Who Profits?, a division of CWOP, is the main featured guest. Ms. Baum has found her fortune touring the world to de-legitimize Israel and boasts she has cost the Israeli economy over 1.5 billion dollars in business. She also urges boycotts of any companies that aid Israel’s defense industry (might stop those suicide bombers).

Ms. Baum has jobs at Haifa U. and Beit Berl, paid for by the Israeli taxpayer, but she’s double dipping and being paid by the Hamas supporters at Code Pink and Global Exchange to tour America. This is to be the second Jesuit college at which she lectures, giggling to her audience at the last one about how much fun it is to promote boycotting, divesting from and sanctioning Israel.

In San Francisco, Dalit Baum lectured last year to the Students for Justice in Palestine on how to boycott Israel and made it a point to show photos of an industrial park in Modi’in, that she called a “settlement”, where Israelis worked telephone banks as customer service agents for the world. Most of Modi’in is inside the Green Line. But then again, she also called for the expulsions of all the Jews in East Jerusalem and boycotts of all the businesses in other areas of Israel, while claiming she only wanted the Judea and Samaria businesses boycotted.

She even objects to close circuit cameras that keep an eye out for suicide bombers entering Israel.

Huwaida Arraf, who also has Israeli citizenship through her father and uses that to run around in Israel with her flotilla and anti-Israel activity, and who claims to be a law professor in East Jerusalem, will also be there to conduct training and recruitment. Baum also supports her support for Hamas.

Arab Professor Hatem Bazian, who called for an “intifada in America” and uses UC Berkeley as his sinecure and base to try to destroy the Jewish state, is a well-known anti-Semite here in the US. Sydney Levy, another member of Jewish Voice for Peace, will be on hand to call for the deportations of Jews from their homes to make peace and for boycotting.
JVP, which in the past, memorialized the murderer Yasser Arafat and Hamas founder Ahmed Yassin, has denied the existence of the Jewish Temple and called the Exodus “ a myth.” Phyllis Bennis is another “Jewish” person who makes a living delegitimizing Israel’s existence and makes the rounds of the college circuit getting paid to lecture and lie about Israel. Linda Sarsour, whose last name in Arabic means “cockroach,” will be there to promote Arab interests. You can translate that to mean destroying the Jews over in Israel 9,000 miles away, so she can afford to make a good front with the Jewish traitors over here.

Knesset member Ze’ev Elkin managed to pass a new law that allows business owners inside Israel affected by the Boycott to sue for damages inside Israel.

Arutz Sheva ran an article only days ago about how the businessmen in Modi’in were up in arms because the EU declared their city a “settlement” and decided to boycott it. That interpretation by the EU can be credited to Dalit Baum’s activities. Baum has even taken credit for similar boycotts by the EU.
OK, so for once Israelis don’t need to act like a bunch of “fryers [Hebrew for naive person who is taken advantage of, ed.]”

Are there any Jewish lawyers out there who are willing to represent the businessmen of Modi’in who are damaged by the actions of Dalit Baum and Huwaida Arraf?

I’ve got a nifty one hour video of Baum shot in San Francisco where she openly claimed Modi’in a settlement to be boycotted. She also urged boycotting any defense industries in the same area. Arraf’s trail of boycott evidence is miles long. Both are Israeli nationals subject to the new law. Both profit financially from trying to ruin Israeli businesses and have built careers based on this. Baum’s nonprofit even receives money from the EU.

Dalit Baum has described her antics as a radical as “great fun.” Let’s see how much fun it will be for her and Arraf when they have to pay the people of Israel back for their perfidy. I’m perfectly willing to play the matchmaker between the businessmen of Modi’in and any lawyers who want to sue these individuals under the new law.
Now is the time to act.
